Frequently Asked Questions

How many workouts will I receive each week?

Your training schedule will be designed for you based off the information you provide to your coach and what works best for you. Due to other commitments, you might find that you need to reduce your training frequency which means your coach can modify the plan for you

How often will I communicate with my coach?

You will have access to communicate with your coach through a chat function that is installed within the app. Your coach will also be reviewing your workouts on a weekly basis to provide you with any helps or tips if needed. 

How long are the training blocks?

The training block duration will usually be performed for 6 weeks. This will allow you to not get bored with your workouts but also gives you the opportunity to progress on each exercise which is crucial to consistent results

Is this a lock in contract or can I cancel my subscription anytime?

The subscription is a no lock in contract and you’re able to cancel anytime however we find majority of our clients stay for the long term and build strong relationships with their coach

What if I pick up an injury?

If it is serious injury, we can place your subscription on hold which means you won’t be charged however if it is only something minor and you can still participate in physical activity then your coach will be able to modify the program for you

What clients do you work with?

We work with all type of clients whether you’re just starting out your fitness journey, a sporting athlete or even if you have years of experience in the gym. It is worth noting that at BDF, we have our own philosophy on fitness and nutrition which might be different to what you’re currently doing

What kind of nutrition coaching is involved?

You will receive a 3 day sample meal plan for guidance. Calories and Macro’s tailored towards your goals and body type which is all through the BDF app. You will also be encouraged to track your food intake through MyFitnessPal which will be reviewed by your coach and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that relates to nutrition through the chat function.
